REALTORS, thinking about updating your hardware?
Well, we went to a technology seminar the other day and in talking with other REALTORS, it became evident that most REALTORS don’t really have a resource for advice, information or just a shoulder to cry on when it comes to new hardware or software. So I came back to the office and did a little search and found a wonderful resource (I think). No the seminar was a bust or shall I say an advertisement. I Know, I KNOW, I am rambling, what I am trying to say is take a moment and check this site out, www.mytechopinion.com, you will be happy you did. Uh, I think? NO, I am sure of it.
Not only is this site a great resource for Hardware, it also provides invaluable advice and information on social networking/marketing.

What are the mature (55+) home buyers looking for?
Mature home-buyers are very similar but a few differences emerge between the 55 to 64 age group and the 65+ group. One striking difference is the 55 to 64 group wants home repair and maintenance in addition to services typically connected to older homeowners, such as housekeeping, on-site health care and transportation which is normally as part of their next home purchase. Some good news for “repeat” buyers.
It’s not just for “first-time” home-buyers anymore. The tax credit has been extended but also includes repeat buyers with some limitations. But it’s still a great deal if you qualify. Sooooooooooooooooooooooooo, start buying !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wow, what a weekend! The Colts beat the Jets, the Vikings lose to the Saints! A realization that the Pro Bowl is the weekend before the Super Bowl?! Andy Roddick yells and screams about replay calls and then benefits from one….Oopsie. Basketball…well we are barely into the 3 year long season it seems… The only season longer is Hockey, oh yeah and Baseball…..
And, our Real Estate markets across the country keep chugging along in it’s new season. There have been changes to the Roster and changes in the rules and we just keep on selling. The media continues to grab a hold of the negative side because, Hey, it sells advertising.
I can’t remember a time when Real Estate has been more affordable and interest rates have been lower. Of course now you do have to have a job and a little bit of your own money. Imagine that.
And, that’s all I have to say about that.
