What are the mature (55+) home buyers looking for?

Mature home-buyers are very similar but a few differences emerge between the  55 to 64 age group and the 65+ group. One striking difference is the 55 to 64 group wants home repair and maintenance in addition to  services typically connected to older homeowners, such as housekeeping, on-site health care and transportation which is normally as part of their next home purchase.
